TOUR THE LANDSCAPE AND HOUSE
Enjoy FREE house access and landscape tours at Olana State Historic Site. Advance reservations are not available; timed-entry house tickets and guided landscape tickets can be reserved on-site, day-of, in the Frederic Church Visitor Center or Olana Shop. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.

Morning Mindfulness in the Gallery
Thursday, January 16 | 9:30-10:30 AM
Start your day looking mindfully at works of art in the Sharp Family Gallery. This hour-long morning session will be led by Alison Fox (MFA), an artist and Creative Arts Therapy student, and will include mindfulness practices to deepen your experience of the two artworks on view.
FREE as part of OLANA Third Thursday/Tercer Jueves in connection with A Closer Look. Day-of, please meet outside the front door of the historic house to check-in and register. Space is limited, participation is available on a first-come first-served basis. Email education@olana.org for more information.
Meditación por la Mañana en la galería

Comience el día meditando sobre las obras de arte en la Galería de la Familia Sharp. Esta sesión matutina de una hora de duración estará dirigida por Alison Fox (MFA), artista y estudiante de Terapia de Artes Creativas, e incluirá prácticas de meditación para profundizar su experiencia de una selección de obras de arte expuestas.
La sesión será en ingles y GRATIS como parte de programas gratuitos de “Tercer Jueves” en OLANA en relación con la exposición especial “A Closer Look.” La inscripción está disponible por orden de llegada afuera de la puerta principal de la casa histórica. Drop-In Drawing with Pen and Pencil

Stop by the Wagon House Education Center for free drop-in drawing led by The Olana Partnership teaching artists and educators. Each session focuses on a different artist-quality art material! Use inspiration from your visit to Olana State Historic Site to create your own works of art.
