The mission of The Olana Partnership is to advocate and support the preservation and enhancement of Olana and its viewshed, to sponsor educational programs, and to foster scholarly research on the artist and his property. The private, 501 (c)(3) organization works cooperatively with New York State in the operation of Olana. Through membership dollars, grants and other sources we have completed or are engaged in the following work:

• Ongoing restoration of the main house, landscape and collection
• Implementation of a comprehensive plan for Olana that includes full restoration of the house,
       grounds and collection, and the building of a new museum/visitor center to focus on Church,
       Olana, and the Hudson River School of Art
• Advocacy to protect Olana's viewshed
• Providing expanded educational programs (summer program, free weekend activities, outreach
       to schools)
• Funding all curatorial staff and research activities

Olana Membership Benefits
Members in all categories receive the following benefits:

• Free admission to the house with Membership Card (reservations requested).
• Shop locally and save via Olana Membership Discounts.
• Invitations and discounts to receptions, and educational programs.
• 25% discount and advance registration to The Journey, our summer arts program for children.
• A subscription to The Olana Crayon, the members' newsletter.
• 15% discount on merchandise purchased at our museum shop.

In addition, contributors of $250 or more are invited to a special reception.
Contributors at the Court Hall Society level and above may request a private "behind-the-scenes" tour of Olana.

Olana Business Membership
The Olana Partnership is the 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit support arm of the Olana State Historic Site, part of the NY State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. The Olana Partnership works in conjunction with individual and business donors to raise funds in support of the ongoing educational, curatorial, restoration and preservation efforts at the site.  Corporate membership at Olana provides a strategic opportunity for your business to align itself with one of the region's leading tourist destinations.  In 2008, Olana was host to more than 170,000 visitors, creating a $7.9 million economic stimulus for the surrounding communities.  Olana is also home to an ever-expanding educational curriculum.  Thanks to the support of our corporate partners – Olana is able to provide a wide variety of art, history, and nature appreciation classes to hundreds of children and adults each year – free of charge.

A business membership can go far to enhance the visibility and reputation of your company's name; it also demonstrates your concern about enriching others' lives, through your support of the arts, education, and rich cultural heritage of our region.  Olana business members have historically enjoyed a high-level of visibility through various promotional mediums such as the Olana's website, our e-newsletter, quarterly Calendar of Events, and more.
